Job summary

Qualifications

• RN with current licensure and WOCN certification required; MSN preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required.
• WOCN certification required; obtain within 6 months of hire.
• Minimum two years nursing experience in a clinical specialty; homecare preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and coordinates agency-wide wound care programs.
• Provides expert consultation and hands-on wound care for patients.
• Coordinates multidisciplinary management plans and quality improvement initiatives.
• Reviews quality reporting data to identify deficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Participates in training and competency development for staff and onboarding to the wound program.
• Acts as consultant to coordinate client care with community partners and physicians.
