Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing is required.
• WOCN certification is required.
• RN licensure with ability to obtain Wound/Ostomy certification within 6 months of hire.
• MSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate agency‑wide wound prevention and management programs.
• Provide expert consultation and hands‑on care for patients with wounds.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary management plans and regional program metrics.
• Develop educational programs for patients, staff, and providers.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives to optimize wound outcomes.
• Advocate for patients with wound care needs and collaborate with partners.
