Healogics in Florida seeks a registered nurse to provide patient care at the Wound Care Center, manage intake and discharge, and support vein clinic activities. The role offers collaboration with a clinical manager and opportunities to contribute to quality patient outcomes.

Under the Wound Care Center Clinical Nurse Manager, you will perform nursing assessments, document care plans, and coordinate with physicians and the program director. HBO duties may be required after training.

Qualificações

• RN license active in state of practice and maintained throughout employment.
• ADN required; BSN preferred.
• Wound care certification preferred.
• BLS certification required; strong regulatory knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Provide patient care to Wound Care Center patients and manage intake/discharge.
• Assist in vein clinic after HBO training.
• May serve as Case Manager for assigned patients.
• Document care plans and communicate findings with physicians.
• Perform HBO related duties after training.
• Collaborate with providers and program directors.
• Act as scribe when needed.
