Job summary

Healogics, the leading wound care provider in the United States, is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to support our Wound Care Center patients in Orlando. You will handle patient intake and discharge processes and provide direct patient care in a fast-paced clinic.

The role includes performing initial nursing assessments, documenting care plans, and coordinating with physicians. After training, you may assist in the vein clinic and participate in quality improvement initiatives with

Qualifications

• Degree in Nursing (ADN) is required.
• Current RN license in the state of practice – to be maintained during employment.
• BSN degree preferred.
• Wound care certification preferred.
• Wound care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care to Wound Care Center patients and manage intake and discharge.
• May serve as Case Manager for a group of patients.
• Perform HBO-related duties after hyperbaric training.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and directors to address clinic and patient needs.
• Possibly act as a Documentation Assistant (scribe).
• Perform other duties as required.
