Job summary

Healogics, Inc. is seeking a registered nurse to support the Wound Care Center with patient care, intake and discharge coordination, and potential case management responsibilities.

The role may include assisting in the vein clinic, performing HBO-related duties after training, and collaborating with physicians and program leaders to ensure quality care and patient safety. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state of practice.
• Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; BSN preferred.
• Wound care certification and/or experience preferred.
• BLS certification required or able to obtain.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient care to Wound Care Center patients and handles intake and discharge processes.
• Assist in vein clinic as assigned after training.
• May serve as Case Manager to a group of patients.
• Perform HBO therapy duties and safety director duties after training.
• Collaborate with providers and program/medical directors as needed.
• May function as a documentation assistant (scribe) as required.
