Job summary

Healogics is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide patient care at the Wound Care Center in Virginia. You'll manage intake and discharge, assist in the vein clinic, and may serve as a Case Manager for assigned patients.

Requirements include an ADN, an active RN license, and preferred BSN and wound care experience. HBO training is provided, with opportunities to support program goals and collaborate with the medical team.

Qualifications

• Degree in Nursing (ADN)
• Current RN license in the state of practice to be maintained
• BSN preferred
• Wound care related certifications preferred
• Wound care experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care to Wound Care Center patients and manage intake and discharge
• Assist in vein clinic as trained
• May serve as Case Manager for a group of patients
• Perform HBO-related duties after training
• May act as Documentation Assistant (scribe) as needed
• Collaborate with care team and program director as required
• Complete other duties as assigned
