Job summary

Healogics, LLC. in Florida is seeking an Registered Nurse (RN) to provide patient care in the Wound Care Center. Under the guidance of the Clinical Nurse Manager, you will handle patient intake and discharge and may serve as a Case Manager for a group of wound care patients.

The position requires an ADN and an active RN license; BSN and wound care certifications are preferred. HBO duties may be required after training, with collaboration across the care team.

Qualifications

• Degree in Nursing (ADN).
• Current RN license in the state of practice – to be maintained throughout the duration of employment.
• BSN preferred.
• Medical Surgical, Home Health or Wound Care Certification preferred.
• Wound care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient care to Wound Care Center patients and handles intake and discharge processes as assigned and according to standards.
• Assist in vein clinic as assigned after training.
• May serve as Case Manager to a group of patients with wound care needs.
• Performs HBO related duties after hyperbaric training.
• May function as Documentation Assistant and collaborate with providers as needed.
• Performs other duties as required.
