Job summary

Qualifications

• Wound care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care and handle intake and discharge for Wound Care Center patients.
• Assist in vein clinic after training.
• May serve as Case Manager for a group of patients.
• Perform initial nursing assessment and document care plans.
• Participate in quality improvement and patient education.
• Perform HBO-related duties after training.
