Job summary

Healogics is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Wound Care Center team. Under the direction of the Wound Care Center Clinical Nurse Manager, you will provide patient care, handle intake and discharge, and support case management for a group of patients, including HBO-related duties and potential scribe work.

The ideal candidate holds an ADN and an active RN license; BSN is preferred. Wound care experience and related certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• ADN degree required.
• Active RN license in state of practice.
• BSN preferred.
• Wound care certification preferred.
• Experience in wound care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care and handle intake and discharge for Wound Care Center patients.
• Assist in vein clinic after specialized training.
• May serve as Case Manager for assigned patients with wound care needs.
• Participate in quality improvement, patient education, and advocacy.
• Perform HBO-related duties after hyperbaric training.
• Collaborate with providers, Program Director and Medical Director.
• May function as a Documentation Assistant (scribe).
• Perform other duties as required.
