Qualifications
- ASN required.
- Indiana RN license required.
- Wound Certification from an accredited program, preferred.
- 1–2 years of job-related experience, preferred.
Responsibilities
- Performs thorough wound assessments and documents accordingly.
- Implements appropriate treatment plans based on physician input.
- Educates patients and families and collaborates with the care team.
- Documents in EMR and participates in quality improvement.
