This full‑time day shift requires 2–3 years of wound care experience, RN licensure, and a BSN within 5 years of hire. BLS is required; ACLS/PALS may be needed depending on the unit.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing is required.
• New hires must obtain BSN within 5 years of hire.
• Minimum 2–3 years of nursing experience in wound care.
• Registered Nurse licensure is required.
• ACLS/PALS may be required depending on unit; they are preferred.
• BLS certification is required.
• Knowledge of nursing science to meet complex health care needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial and ongoing patient assessments and document findings.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Safely administer medications and treatments per policy.
• Advocate for patients while maintaining a safe environment.
• Communicate clearly with patients, families and the healthcare team.
• Recognize and respond to emergencies appropriately.
• Supervise delegated tasks and ensure quality care.
• Demonstrate professionalism through continuous learning and collaboration.
