TriHealth Bethesda North Hospital in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Registered Nurse for Outpatient Wound Care. The role emphasizes comprehensive assessments, individualized care plans, and safe treatments, working with patients, families, and the care team to achieve optimal outcomes.

This full‑time day shift requires 2–3 years of wound care experience, RN licensure, and a BSN within 5 years of hire. BLS is required; ACLS/PALS may be needed depending on the unit.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing is required.
• New hires must obtain BSN within 5 years of hire.
• Minimum 2–3 years of nursing experience in wound care.
• Registered Nurse licensure is required.
• ACLS/PALS may be required depending on unit; they are preferred.
• BLS certification is required.
• Knowledge of nursing science to meet complex health care needs.

Responsabilités

• Perform initial and ongoing patient assessments and document findings.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Safely administer medications and treatments per policy.
• Advocate for patients while maintaining a safe environment.
• Communicate clearly with patients, families and the healthcare team.
• Recognize and respond to emergencies appropriately.
