Beacon Health System is seeking a part-time, day-shift Registered Nurse for the Critical Care Center at Elkhart General Hospital in Elkhart, IN. This 0.6 FTE position (24 hours per week) offers a day shift from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM and a compassionate, patient-focused environment.

The role requires an ASN or BSN with Indiana RN licensure; BSN preferred within five years or a certification option. Be part of a team dedicated to healing and community service.

Qualifications

• ASN degree required or higher.
• BSN preferred within five years or equivalent certification.
• Current Indiana RN license.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing services in the Critical Care Center.
• Assess patient needs and implement individualized plans of care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care.
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately.
• Support professional development of peers and participate in evidence-based practices.
