Job summary

Crimson Heights Health & Wellness in Humble, TX is seeking a Weekend Treatment Nurse (RN or LPN/LVN) to assess, treat, and develop care plans for patients with complex wounds, ostomies, and continence issues. You will work with the nursing staff to deliver compassionate, high‑quality wound care.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN or LPN/LVN in good standing in Texas.
• 1–2 years wound care experience required.
• WOCN certification preferred.
• 1+ years of long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultation and direct assistance in managing patients with altered skin integrity (pressure necrosis, wounds, fistulas, etc).
• Offer in-service programs to assist nursing, rehabilitation and medical staff to maintain wound care knowledge and competence.
• Collect, analyze and document wound-related information and statistics; perform clinical evaluations for potential wound admissions.

Weekend Treatment Nurse

The Wound Care Registered Nurse RN or LPN/LVN works in harmony with the nursing staff assessing, treating, and creating care plans for patients with complex wounds, ostomies, and/or continence conditions. If you are a Wound Care Nurse with a true passion for patient care and compassion for others and a commitment to teamwork,

USD $33.00 - USD $41.00 /Hr.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
