Job summary

Fundamental is seeking a Weekend Treatment Nurse to join our wound care team. The role supports RN or LPN/LVN professionals in assessing and planning care for patients with complex wounds, ostomies, and continence issues.

Wage range is USD 33.00 - 41.00 per hour. Requirements include a valid RN or LPN/LVN license, 1-2 years wound care experience, and reliable transportation. Comprehensive benefits and in-facility education programs are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed RN or LPN/LVN in good standing with the state.
• 1-2 years wound care experience required.
• Wound Care Certification (WOCN) preferred.
• 1+ years of long term care experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultation and direct assistance in the management of patients with altered skin integrity (pressure necrosis, wounds, fistulas, etc).
• Offer in-service programs as needed to assist nursing, rehabilitation and medical staff to maintain knowledge and competence in wound care.
• Collect, analyze and document information and statistics related to wounds in the facility, as well as perform clinical evaluations for potential wound admissions.

Posted Salary Range

USD $33.00 - USD $41.00 /Hr.

Wage Commensuration

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
