Job summary

Healogics, Inc. seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) at the College Station, TX Wound Care Center. You will provide direct patient care, manage intake and discharge, and support the vein clinic after training.

May serve as Case Manager for assigned patients and perform HBO-related duties as required. You will collaborate with clinicians to ensure quality outcomes and adherence to CMS and hospital policies while maintaining documentation and patient advocacy in a fast-paced outpatient

Qualifications

• RN with current license in state of practice.
• ADN required; BSN preferred.
• Wound care experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care to Wound Care Center patients and manage intake and discharge per hospital standards.
• Assist in vein clinic as trained after program completion.
• May serve as Case Manager for assigned patients.
• Perform HBO-related duties after training.
• Collaborate with Wound Care Center Providers and Medical Director to address clinic and patient needs.
• Document care plans and communicate findings to physicians.
