Job summary

Healogics, the leading provider of advanced wound care in the United States, seeks an RN to support the Wound Care Center in College Station, TX. You will provide patient care, manage intake and discharge, and collaborate with clinicians to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Minimum ADN with active RN license; BSN and wound care certification preferred. The role requires strong organization, communication, and ability to work in a fast-paced clinic while coordinating care for multiple patients.

Qualifications

• RN with ADN and active license in state of practice.
• BSN preferred and wound care certification preferred.
• Experience with wound care and/or case management a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care to Wound Care Center patients and manage intake and discharge.
• Assist in vein clinic after Hoalotgs Vein Clinic training.
• May serve as Case Manager for a group of patients; document care plans and communicate with physicians.
• Perform HBO-related duties after training; potentially serve as hyperbaric safety director.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers and program/medical directors to address patient needs.
• May function as a scribe per policy.
• Perform other duties as required.
