Job summary

Healogics, LLC. is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide patient care at the Wound Care Center. You will handle intake and discharge procedures, support vein clinic activities after specialized training, and possibly serve as a Case Manager for a group of patients.

You will collaborate with providers, program and medical directors, and ensure high-quality patient care while following CMS and hospital policies.

Qualifications

• RN with ADN required.
• Current RN license in practicing state.
• BSN preferred.
• Wound care certification preferred.
• Wound care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care for Wound Care Center patients and manage intake/discharge.
• May assist in vein clinic after HBO training.
• Possible Case Manager for assigned patients and ensure care plans are followed.
