Healogics LLC is seeking an RN for the Wound Care Center to provide patient care, assess wounds and coordinate discharge planning. You will support vein clinic activities and may take on Case Manager responsibilities for assigned patients.

The role requires an active RN license, ADN degree and preference for BSN and wound care certification. Training includes HBO and clinical documentation support within a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Formación

• Degree in Nursing (ADN).
• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• BSN preferred.
• Wound care certification preferred.
• Wound care experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide patient care and manage intake and discharge per hospital standards.
• Assist in vein clinic and may serve as Case Manager as assigned.
• Perform initial nursing assessments, document care plans and coordinate with physicians.
• Collaborate with Wound Care Center Providers and Medical Director regarding clinic needs.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and patient education.
• May perform HBO-related duties after hyperbaric training and serve as scribe as needed.
