Job summary

Healogics is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to deliver patient care in Wound Care Center and related clinics. You will support intake/discharge, collaborate with physicians, and participate in quality initiatives while maintaining nursing standards.

Responsibilities include HBO-related duties after training, potential case management, and coordination with the care team to ensure optimal patient outcomes in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• RN must hold a nursing degree and an active RN license in state of practice.
• BSN is preferred by the employer.
• Wound care certification and related experience are preferred.
• Proficient in basic life support and healthcare regulatory knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care to Wound Care Center patients and manage intake/discharge per hospital and nursing standards.
• Assist in vein clinic after HBO training.
• May serve as Case Manager, completing assessments and coordinating care with physicians.
