Healogics LLC is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care in the Wound Care Center. You will manage intake and discharge processes and support case management for a group of patients, ensuring high-quality care and documentation.

The role includes potential involvement in vein clinic activities, quality improvement initiatives, and HBO-related duties after required training. Collaboration with physicians, program directors, and other staff is essential.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state of practice must be maintained throughout employment.
• BSN preferred for broader care coordination responsibilities.
• Wound care certification preferred to support specialized treatment.
• ADN degree required for nursing practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care and handle intake/discharge for Wound Care Center patients.
• Assist in vein clinic after specific training.
• May serve as Case Manager for assigned patients with documented care plans.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient education.
• Perform HBO-related duties after Healogics hyperbaric training.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and program directors as needed.
• May Function as a Documentation Assistant (scribe).
• Other duties as required.
