Qualifications

• Active RN license in WA.
• Wound care certifications preferred (WCC/CWCN).
• Skilled nursing experience is a plus.
• Strong assessment and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess, monitor, and treat acute and chronic wounds, pressure injuries, and post-op sites.
• Collaborate with IDT to develop individualized care plans.
• Document treatments and outcomes thoroughly.
• Educate staff and patients on wound prevention and care best practices.
• Maintain compliance with state, federal, and facility guidelines.
