Job summary

Trios Health in Kennewick, WA is seeking a Registered Nurse (PRN) for Wound Care to deliver specialized, patient-centered care across all ages. You will assess, treat, and monitor patients with complex wounds as part of an interdisciplinary team.

The role requires a current RN license, a nursing degree (BSN/ADN), BLS and ACLS, and a minimum of 1 year of experience. Union position with shift differential and professional development opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current state RN license.
• Bachelor’s or associate degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide wound care using established clinical guidelines and best practices.
• Assess and monitor patients’ conditions, including pain management.
• Work closely with physicians and care teams during treatments and procedures.
• Educate patients and families on wound care and prevention.
• Participate in care planning and team discussions to improve patient outcomes.
• Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe care environment.
