Job summary

Graduate Post Acute is seeking a part-time Wound Treatment Nurse (RN) for weekend shifts (7am-3pm). Starting pay is $37-$46 per hour, all-inclusive, with benefits and a focus on quality wound care.

The role collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to promote healing and prevent complications at a 150-bed sub-acute/long-term care facility. The ideal candidate holds an active PA RN license, with wound care certification preferred and BLS/CPR current.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly with residents, families, and the care team.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving in wound care planning.

Responsibilities

• Assess skin integrity for new admissions/readmissions using standardized tools.
• Complete Braden Scale assessments to identify risk for skin breakdown.
• Develop, implement, and administer individualized wound treatment plans with physicians.
