Regency, A Villa Center is seeking a Wound Care Nurse RN to join their team, specializing in care for wounds, ostomies, or continence disorders. You will provide daily nursing care according to assessments and care plans as directed by management.

Responsibilities include wound evaluation, infection control, and completing medical forms while maintaining HIPAA compliance. The role requires communication with residents, families, physicians, and staff, with 24/7 nursing coverage.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree or diploma from an accredited college or university.
• Active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state.
• 1 year of experience preferred.
• Long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide wound, ostomy, and continence care per assessments and care plans.
• Maintain accurate nursing notes and document resident responses to care.
• Implement infection prevention standards and HIPAA compliance.
• Collaborate with physicians, residents, and families; provide 24/7 nursing support.
