Regency, A Villa Center in Michigan is seeking a Wound Care Nurse LPN to provide daily nursing care focused on wounds, ostomies, and continence issues. You will follow care plans, document responses, and ensure infection control. The role supports 24/7 nursing coverage and adheres to all regulatory guidelines.

The position requires an LPN license, CPR/BLS certification, and excellent English communication. Prior long-term care and wound care experience are preferred; generous Villa Healthcare

Responsibilities

• Provide routine nursing care per assessments and care plan.
• Specialize in wounds, ostomies, or continence disorders care.
• Document nursing notes and resident response to care.
• Implement infection prevention standards and update as needed.
• Assist with 24/7 nursing coverage as required.
• Coordinate with physicians, families, and staff per policy.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance in all duties.
• Monitor and direct ancillary services to maintain care quality.
• Comply with facility, state, and federal guidelines.
