Job summary

Healogics is seeking a Registered Nurse to support the Wound Care Center, handling patient intake and discharge, and may serve as Case Manager for a caseload. The role requires an active RN license and nursing experience, preferably in wound care.

HBO duties may be assigned after training. Under the direction of the Wound Care Center Clinical Nurse Manager, the RN provides direct patient care, collaborates with healthcare teams, and participates in quality improvement while ensuring compliance

Qualifications

• RN license in state of practice (active)
• Nursing degree required; BSN preferred
• Experience in wound care or medical-surgical nursing recommended

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care to Wound Care Center patients and manage intake/discharge
• Assist in vein clinic and potential Case Manager duties
• Perform nursing assessments, document care plans, monitor wounds and outcomes
• Support quality improvement initiatives and patient education
• Collaborate with physicians, Program Director and Medical Director on patient needs
