Job summary

Healogics, LLC. is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide patient care at the Wound Care Center. You will manage patient intake and discharge processes and may take on Case Manager responsibilities for a defined group of patients.

Role involves HBO-related duties after completing the required Healogics hyperbaric training and potential hyperbaric safety director duties. Collaboration with physicians and center leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Nursing (ADN).
• Current RN license in the state of practice – to be maintained throughout employment.
• BSN preferred.
• Wound care certification preferred.
• Wound care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient care to Wound Care Center patients and handles intake and discharge processes per hospital and nursing standards.
• Assist in vein clinic as assigned after Healogics Vein Clinic training completed.
• May serve as Case Manager for a group of patients, including initial nursing assessment and care planning.
• Performs HBO-related duties following Healogics hyperbaric training and may assume hyperbaric safety director duties after training.
• Collaborates with Wound Care Center Providers, the Program Director and Medical Director to address clinic and patient needs.
• May function as a Documentation Assistant (scribe) per policy.
• Performs other duties as required.
