Job summary

Qualifications

• RN license in the state of practice; maintained throughout employment.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
• ADN degree required.
• Wound care certification preferred.
• Wound care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care to Wound Care Center patients and manage intake and discharge.
• Assist in vein clinic after training.
• May act as Case Manager for a group of patients.
• Perform HBO-related duties after training.
• May serve as Documentation Assistant (scribe).
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and program/medical directors.
• Perform other duties as required.
