Job summary

Healogics is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Wound Care Center team. You will provide direct patient care, manage intake and discharge, and collaborate with physicians to ensure optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities include case management, education for patients and caregivers, and participation in quality initiatives. HBO duties may be assigned after training; a new hire bonus may apply.

Qualifications

• RN with ADN or BSN preferred.
• BSN preferred and wound care credentials are plus.
• Wound care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care to Wound Care Center patients and manage intake and discharge.
• Assist in vein clinic as trained.
• Serve as Case Manager and coordinate care with physicians.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient education.
• Perform HBO-related duties after training; may take on safety director duties.
