Job summary

Healogics LLC seeks a Registered Nurse to support the Wound Care Center, handling patient care and intake/discharge procedures. The role may include Case Management duties for a patient group and requires collaboration with physicians and the Medical Director.

Responsibilities include conducting initial assessments, documenting plans, and contributing to quality improvements. HBO-related duties follow specialized training, with opportunities to lead patient care and education.

Qualifications

• RN with ADN or BSN preferred and active state license.
• Wound care experience and related certifications preferred.
• Competent in regulatory/accrediting requirements for healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care and manage intake/discharge per standards.
• Assist in vein clinic after training.
• May serve as Case Manager for assigned WCC patients.
• Conduct initial nursing assessments and document care plans.
• Participate in quality improvement and patient education.
• Perform HBO-related duties after training and safety direction duties if needed.
• Collaborate with providers and leadership on patient needs.
• May act as Documentation Assistant as required.
• Handle additional duties as assigned.
