Healogics is the leading provider of advanced wound care services in the United States. This RN role centers on patient care in the Wound Care Center, including intake and discharge processes and potential case management duties.

Under supervision, you will perform hyperbaric oxygen therapy-related duties after specialized training, collaborate with physicians, and participate in quality initiatives to improve patient outcomes and safety.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Nursing (ADN)
• Current RN license in the state of practice – to be maintained
• BSN preferred
• Wound care certification preferred
• Wound care experience preferred

Aufgaben

• Provide patient care to Wound Care Center patients and manage intake and discharge
• Assist in vein clinic after HBO training
• May serve as Case Manager: conduct initial nursing assessment, document care plans, monitor outcomes
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient education
• Perform HBO-related duties after hyperbaric training
• Collaborate with providers and directors to address clinic/patient needs
• May act as Documentation Assistant (scribe) as applicable
• Perform other duties as required
