Job summary

Healogics is the nation's leading provider of advanced wound care, seeking an RN to deliver patient care at our Wound Care Center. The role includes managing patient intake and discharge, care coordination and education for patients and caregivers.

Under supervision of the Wound Care Center Clinical Nurse Manager, you may also serve as a Case Manager and perform HBO-related duties after specialized training. Strong teamwork and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• RN license required in state of practice and maintained throughout employment.
• BSN preferred; ADN required with progression toward BSN.
• Demonstrated competency in BLS and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care to Wound Care Center patients and manage intake/discharge processes.
• Assist in vein clinic as needed after training.
• Possibly serve as Case Manager for a group of patients; coordinate care and document plans.
• Perform HBO-related duties per training and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with providers and program/medical directors to address clinic needs.
