Organogenesis seeks a Tissue Regeneration Specialist for Advanced Wound Care to drive territory sales and build strong physician relationships. You will conduct consultative calls, present product and disease state knowledge, and execute a territory business plan while ensuring SOX compliance.

The role requires 2+ years in medical sales, strong communication, autonomy, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, with travel up to 50% and the ability to support surgical cases when needed.

Qualifications

• BS/BA required.
• 2+ years of successful experience in medical sales, preferably with a consultative role.
• Proven record of sales success that is verifiable and documented.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with physicians and clinic staff across hospitals and clinics.
• Conduct consultative sales calls and present product and disease state information.
• Develop and execute a territory business plan and report activities to upper management.
• Adjust selling strategies to meet sales targets and SOX compliance requirements.
• Support surgical cases when appropriate and travel up to 50% of the time.
