Organogenesis is seeking a Tissue Regeneration Specialist for Advanced Wound Care to achieve sales targets across the assigned territory. You will build relationships with physicians and clinic staff, perform consultative selling, and manage a territory plan, while ensuring compliance with internal controls.

The role requires 2+ years of medical sales experience, autonomy, and strong communication skills. Travel up to 50% may be required, with competitive benefits and total rewards.

Qualifications

• BS/BA or equivalent work experience required.
• 2+ years of successful experience in medical sales preferable with a consultative role.
• Proven record of sales success that is verifiable and documented.
• Able to work autonomously.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office.
• Able to work independently and have strong organizational skills and have.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Achieve sales targets for the assigned territory by building strong customer relationships.
• Conduct consultative sales calls and develop and follow a territory business plan.
• Sell products to physicians and support staff in clinics and hospitals; support surgical cases when appropriate.
• Ensure SOX compliance and report activities through the call reporting system.
