Job summary

The Tissue Regeneration Specialist at Organogenesis Inc. drives growth in the Advanced Wound Care portfolio by partnering with physicians, clinics, and hospitals.

You will apply consultative selling, deliver product and disease-state knowledge, and execute a territory business plan while reporting activities through our call system. Travel up to 50% is required as you support surgical cases and build strong customer relationships to meet sales targets within the assigned region.

Qualifications

• BS/BA required.
• 2+ years medical sales with consultative approach.
• Proven sales track record.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales expectations in the assigned territory.
• Build strong customer relationships and conduct consultative calls.
• Develop and follow a territory business plan.
• Report sales activities through the call reporting system.
• Sell to physicians and staff in clinics and hospitals; support surgical cases when needed.
• Ensure SOX compliance; travel up to 50% may be required.
