Job summary

Organogenesis Inc. is seeking a Tissue Regeneration Specialist (TRS) for Advanced Wound Care to achieve sales in the assigned territory. The role builds strong relationships, uses consultative sales, and reports activities to upper management.

Qualifications

• BS/BA or equivalent work experience required.
• 2+ years of successful experience in medical sales with a consultative approach.
• Proven record of sales success that is verifiable and documented.
• Able to work autonomously and have strong organizational skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell product to physicians and support staff in clinics and hospitals.
• Support surgical cases where appropriate and develop territory business plans.
• Report sales activities to upper management through a call reporting system.
