Qualifications

• Current RN license maintained throughout employment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing or related field preferred with 1 year of marketing/community education or clinical operations experience.
• OR Associate’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing or related field with 2+ years of marketing/community education or clinical operations experience.
• OR 4+ years of marketing/community education in healthcare or clinical operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day center operations and staff management.
• Manage financial performance and revenue cycle with hospital partner.
• Coordinate community education and marketing to increase referrals.
• Lead quality/performance improvement initiatives and ensure compliance.
• Manage clinical functions and patient care quality initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with hospital leadership and program providers.
