Healogics LLC is seeking a Clinical Program Director to lead the Wound Care Center program across assigned hospitals. This role directs day-to-day clinic operations, staff performance, financial management, and quality improvements to deliver high-quality patient care.

The position requires an RN license and strong leadership, budgeting, and marketing/education experience within healthcare settings. Collaboration with hospital leadership and physicians is essential for program growth and patient

Qualifications

• Current RN license to be maintained during employment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nursing or related field preferred and 1 year of marketing/community education in healthcare or clinical operations experience.
• Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nursing or related field preferred and 2+ years in marketing/community education or clinical operations.
• 4 years or more years of marketing/community education in the healthcare industry or clinical operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day center operations and staff management to ensure smooth clinic flow.
• Manage the revenue cycle and financial reports; monitor reimbursement changes and costs across programs.
• Lead community education/marketing efforts to increase referrals and engagement with the Wound Care Center network.
• Implement and monitor a continuous Performance Improvement Program aligned with hospital PIP requirements.
• Coordinate clinical activities, patient care planning, and quality improvement with clinical staff.
• Maintain strong relationships with hospital staff, physicians and other stakeholders to align goals and improve outcomes.
