Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license required and to be maintained during employment.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 1 year of marketing/community education or clinical operations experience.
• Or an Associate’s degree with 2+ years of marketing/community education in healthcare or clinical ops.
• Or 4+ years of marketing/community education in healthcare/clinical operations.
• Management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day center operations and manage clinical and non-clinical staff.
• Lead financial management and revenue cycle coordination with hospital partners.
• Direct community education and marketing efforts to grow referrals.
• Implement and monitor quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
• Coordinate clinical activities and ensure high standards of care.
• Foster strong relationships with hospital clients and provider networks.
