Job summary

Healogics is seeking a Clinical Program Director to lead the Wound Care Center and related programs in the assigned region. You will oversee day-to-day operations, staff management, financial stewardship, quality improvement, and collaborate with hospital leadership to optimize care and grow the program.

The role requires RN licensure and a background in healthcare administration or nursing, with experience in marketing/community education.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Bachelor’s or higher in business or healthcare administration preferred.
• Experience in marketing/community education in healthcare industry preferred.
• Management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day center operations and staff.
• Manage financials, revenue cycle and budget for the program.
• Lead community education and marketing to increase referrals to the WCC program.
• Ensure quality and performance improvement aligned with the hospital partner.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital leadership and clinicians.
