Job summary

Healogics is seeking a Clinical Program Director to lead the Wound Care Program and related services across assigned hospitals. This role oversees center operations, staff, finances, quality, and community education, while building strong hospital relationships.

The position requires active RN licensure, relevant leadership experience in healthcare operations, and a track record in marketing and program development within wound care. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Current RN license to be maintained throughout employment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nursing or related field preferred with 1 year marketing/community education in healthcare or clinical operations experience.
• OR Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nursing or related field with 2+ years marketing/community education in healthcare or clinical operations experience.
• OR 4+ years of marketing/community education in healthcare or clinical operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day center operations and staff management.
• Manage the financial performance and revenue cycle for the partner hospital.
• Lead community education and marketing to grow referrals to the Wound Care Center (WCC).
• Implement and monitor a continuous Performance Improvement Program (PIP).
• Coordinate clinical activities and direct clinical staff for wound care services.
• Maintain strong relationships with hospital clients and internal stakeholders.
