Healogics is seeking a Clinical Program Director to lead the Wound Care Center program across the assigned area. You will manage daily clinic operations, staff performance, and financial oversight while collaborating with hospital partners to drive growth and outcomes.

The role emphasizes continuous quality improvement, strong stakeholder relationships, and effective community education to increase patient referrals and program impact.

Formación

• Current RN license maintained throughout employment.
• Experience in marketing/community education in healthcare preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and data interpretation for programs.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee center operations and staff; manage day-to-day clinic activities.
• Direct financial performance and revenue cycle for the program and hospital partner.
• Lead community education/marketing to increase referrals to the WCC.
• Drive quality and performance improvement within the wound care program.
