Job summary

The Healogics, LLC. Clinical Program Director position in California requires leadership of the Wound Care Center and related programs across the assigned area.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, staff management, financial oversight, and quality improvement initiatives in collaboration with hospital partners. The ideal candidate holds an RN license and a Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, nursing, or related field, with management experience in healthcare marketing

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license to be maintained throughout employment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nursing or related field preferred and 1 year of marketing/community education in healthcare or clinical operations experience.
• OR Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nursing or related field preferred and 2+ years of marketing/community education in healthcare or clinical operations experience.
• OR 4 years or more years of marketing/community education in healthcare industry or clinical operations experience.
• Management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages the Center’s Operations (20%) – Oversees day-to-day outpatient clinic operations and wound care programs.
• Manages direct reports in conjunction with HR – interviewing, hiring, coaching, performance reviews.
• Performs Financial Management (10%) – Reviews financial reports and ensures fiscal responsibility.
• Manages Community Education/Marketing (20%) – Develops marketing plans to increase referrals and builds relationships with physician practices.
• Manages Quality/Performance Improvement (10%) – Implements PI program and monitors patient and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Manages clinical functions (20%) – Coordinates clinical activities and directs clinical staff activities.
• Maintains relationships with hospital clients and supports strategic goals and collaboration.
• Performs other duties as required.
