Job summary

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Business or Healthcare Administration (or related field) and experience in marketing or clinical operations, with strong leadership, communication, and travel readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nursing or related field preferred and 1 year of marketing/community education in the healthcare industry or clinical operations experience
• Associates degree + 2+ years marketing/community education in healthcare or clinical operations experience preferred
• High School Diploma and 4+ years marketing/community education in the healthcare industry or clinical operations experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day center operations including outpatient clinic flow and staffing
• Oversees financial management and revenue cycle for the program and hospital partner
• Executes community education/marketing plans to increase referrals
• Implements a continuous quality/performance improvement program
• Maintains strong hospital relationships and stakeholder communications
