Job summary

Healogics is the leading provider of advanced wound care services in the United States. The Clinical Program Director will oversee the Wound Care Center operations, staff, and financial management for the assigned region, while driving community education and clinical quality initiatives.

Responsibilities include managing day-to-day clinic operations, coordinating with hospital leadership, and implementing strategic marketing plans to increase referrals.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license to be maintained throughout the duration of employment in this position.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nursing or related field preferred and 1 year of marketing/community education in the healthcare industry or clinical operations experience
• OR Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nursing or related field preferred and 2 or more years of marketing/community education in the healthcare industry or clinical operations experience
• OR 4 years or more years of marketing/community education in the healthcare industry or clinical operations experience
• Management experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day outpatient clinic operations and wound care continuum programs.
• Manages the revenue cycle for Healogics and the hospital partner; tracks financial performance.
• Develops and executes strategic marketing plans to drive patient referrals to the WCC program.
• Participates in hospital committees and ensures documentation and compliance with policies.
• Coordinates clinical activities and directs the work of clinical staff; supports nursing leadership.
• Willingness to travel overnight as required.
