Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license must be maintained.
• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Healthcare Administration or related field preferred with marketing/community education in healthcare or clinical operations experience.
• Management experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory/accrediting requirements.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day center operations and staff.
• Manage financial performance and budget.
• Lead community education/marketing to increase referrals.
• Ensure quality/performance improvement and patient safety.
• Maintain relationships with hospital partners.
