Job summary

Healogics seeks a Clinical Program Director to lead the Wound Care Center and related wound care programs within the assigned area. You will oversee daily operations, coordinate clinical and administrative functions, and drive performance improvements to deliver high-quality patient care.

The role requires strong relationship building with hospital partners, staff leadership, and strategic program development to expand the wound care continuum services.

Responsibilities

• Manages the Center's Operations and day-to-day outpatient clinic activities.
• Oversees day-to-day management of outpatient clinic(s) and wound care programs.
• Implements process improvements to improve outcomes.
• Manages staffing, resources, and communications across the program.
• Maintains collaborative relationships with hospital personnel and providers.
