Job summary

Healogics LLC is seeking a Clinical Program Director to lead the wound care program and associated continuum services. The role oversees center operations, staff, finances, quality improvement, and community education.

The ideal candidate holds an RN license with 4+ years in marketing or clinical operations and demonstrates strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills. Travel is required in this role.

Qualifications

• Current RN license (BLS competency level).
• Bachelor’s or Associate degree preferred with related experience.
• 4+ years marketing or clinical operations experience.
• Management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day outpatient clinic operations and wound care programs.
• Manage revenue cycle and financial performance.
• Lead community education and marketing efforts to increase referrals.
• Drive quality/performance improvement and ensure patient safety.
• Coordinate clinical activities and supervise staff; act as case manager.
• Maintain strong hospital relationships and strategic alignment with leadership.
