Job summary

The role requires an RN license, ADN, and at least 1 year of RN experience; BSN preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential for improving patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing.
• ADN minimum; BSN preferred.
• 1 year RN experience required; supervisory experience preferred.
• Wound care certification preferred.
• Current BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical activities of the Wound Care Center.
• Provide oversight to nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CMAs, etc.).
• Collaborate with Program Director and Medical Director on program goals.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, DOH and CMS guidelines.
• Lead staff development, education, and performance feedback.
