Job summary

You will collaborate with the Program Director and Medical Director to meet program objectives, ensure HIPAA compliance, and drive quality outcomes. A valid RN license with ADN and 1 year of experience is required; BSN and wound care certification are pluses.

Qualifications

• ADN required, BSN preferred.
• RN license must be current.
• 1 year RN experience; 2+ years preferred; supervisory experience preferred.
• Wound care certification preferred.
• BLS required; strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management and clinical oversight per protocols.
• Coordinate with RNs, LPNs, CMAs and other staff.
• Collaborate with hospital staff and Medical Director on patient needs.
• Identify process improvements while ensuring HIPAA and DOH compliance.
• Engage in staff development and on-boarding.
• Assist as scribe or hyperbaric safety director as trained.
• Perform patient care per staffing needs.
